Symptoms of the H1N1 (Swine) flu and the seasonal flu
include fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache,
chills and fatigue. Some people also have diarrhea and vomiting associated with the H1N1 flu.
The Importance of Vaccination
Vaccination is the most important prevention measure. CDPH recommends that all clients and staff be vaccinated against the seasonal flu.
